In order to update your current Extradium 2013/2016 Professional Edition installation, please follow the steps below:

  1. First, update your Extradium 2013/2016 Standard Edition as described here.
  2. After you have properly upgraded your Standard Edition, please download the Extradium_Professional_2013.zip file from the Clients Portal page.
  3. Unzip Extradium_Professional_2013.zip on a SharePoint server running the SharePoint Central Administration web site.
  4. From the unzipped version number folder (such as 3.5.3.0), run the UpgradeExtradiumPro.bat script on the SharePoint server running your Central Administration site to upgrade your Extradium 2013/2016 Professional Edition installation.
    Note: you should run the upgrade file once and only on a SharePoint server running the Central Administration site since SharePoint takes care of automatically updating all of the other servers.
